The new process benchmark
BIM (Building Information Modelling), building’s DNA, is a new exchange methodology between all stakeholders of the construction industry under the control of a BIM coordinator. This new “Culture” of constructing is organized around a 3D digital model that contains all project information. It provides intelligent design and ultimately a 20% cost savings, 20% faster and 20% energy improvement.
It displays problems early in the design phase and allows us to create solutions before production begins. We are more efficient during the construction, building management and can provide the information necessary for deconstruction and materials traceability.
